Here’s How We Safeguard Indoor Air.

The ISO-Aire Difference

Bring clean, safe indoor air to your commercial location.

When it comes to making a long-term investment in indoor air quality at your facility, school, or business, choose ISO-Aire commercial air purifiers. Our HEPA commercial clean air solutions ensure a healthy indoor environment through a high-quality design, long-life parts, and commercial-grade components manufactured here in the U.S.

ISO-Aire has earned the respect of facility managers, building operations professionals and business owners nationwide because our U.S.-made units are:

Equipped with long-life filters requiring less maintenance and lower operating costs; our HEPA filters last 5 to 6 years, not months like competitor models

Engineered with an ECM fan, the heart of our commercial units, guarantees whisper-quiet noise levels while providing proper clean air distribution throughout the space

Energy Efficient and manufactured with high-caliber, commercial-grade fans and motors ISO-Aire uses less electricity than inexpensive models that use low quality, inefficient parts

Cost Efficient durable air purification solutions are designed with high-quality components to ensure the lowest operating costs, saving hundreds of dollars per year compared to other brands

CDC and ASHRAE recommended in purifying the air with medical-grade HEPA filtration, a key mitigation strategy in the fight against COVID-19

Fan and motor design are important air purifier components affecting noise levels, efficiency, and proper clean air distribution.

How Our Commercial Air Purifiers Work

Improper air distribution and flow model based on a smaller model air purifier

Aerosol Image A: Inadequate purified air distribution

Take a close look at air purifier models; many units only clean air within a few feet of the purifier’s location. They struggle to continuously and effectively capture and destroy harmful airborne contaminants due to limited air-throw (Aerosol Image A). This results in inadequate distribution and mixing of clean air throughout a space to achieve proper ratios established by the CDC and ASHRAE. Air purifier manufacturers often test their models in small chambers typically the size of an average bedroom, not inside a real-world application such as a classroom, workspace, or place of worship.

Proper air flow diagram as accomplished by ISO-Aire RSF1000 air purifier model. Clean air is distributed high, while contaminated air is pulled down back toward the air purifier intake vent.

ISO-Aire was purpose-built to mitigate transmission of COVID-19 and other droplet and/or airborne-based germs.

Our approach to maximizing safe and continuous air flow involves pulling airborne contaminants away from the source utilizing a quiet yet high-powered fan (Aerosol Image B). Our powerful and effective models continuously capture and destroy harmful aerosolized particles and return purified air into the room environment. With commercial-grade components – such as an ECM fan – our units continuously distribute clean air throughout a room at a trajectory of more than 70-feet for maximum occupant protection to achieve CDC and ASHRAE recommended air changes per hour.

Our portfolio of air purification systems is well-suited for any commercial application. ISO-Aire models are non-disruptive, easy to install and plug into a standard electrical outlet. Our floor and hanging units are available in 300 CFM to 2,000 CFM models and our portfolio includes:

Our Customizable Clean Air Technology Options

ISO-Aire commercial air purifiers are equipped with a 12-inch deep, medical-grade HEPA filter, the workhorse of our long-life units to help capture up to 99.99% of airborne germs and pollutants. Our models also feature optional ozone-free bipolar ionization and/or optional UVC sterilization for added protection.

Three Levels of Protection

HEPA filter

HEPA Filter

High-efficiency particulate air filter with considerable thickness to capture 99.99% of particles including infectious airborne contaminants. Medical-grade filtration technology. MERV-17 rating

How it Works: HEPA filters provide extremely clean and filtered air by capturing viruses, bacteria, allergens, mold, and other airborne contaminants.

Ozone-free bipolar ionizer device

Ozone-Free Bipolar Ionization

A device that produces negative and positive ions and releases them into the air to kill and neutralize germs.

How it Works: Neutralizes and reduces risk of exposure to viruses, bacteria, VOCs, smoke, odors, and more; helps air filters improve capture rate by increasing particle size.

Germicidal UVC light bulbs glowing blue with UVC light

Ultraviolet-C Radiation

Proven as an effective inactivation method to reduce risk of airborne transmission of viruses, bacteria, mold, and other contaminants.

How it Works: Ultraviolet light-C wavelength produced by a UVC bulb destroys pathogens by causing DNA and RNA mutations and renders them unable to reproduce.

How ISO-Aire Began

The powerful ISO-Aire commercial-grade HEPA air purifier was originally developed and purpose-built here in St. Paul, Minnesota to address COVID-19 and other droplet and/or airborne-based infections in healthcare settings. It was created in conjunction with a renowned medical provider to adhere to stringent isolation room requirements and safely protect patients and staff and has since been adapted for commercial and home use to provide safe, clean air.

Why Facility Managers Trust our HEPA Commercial Air Purifiers

Hawai’i Pacific University invested in a fleet of RSF1000 ISO-Aire units to bring purified air to classrooms.

Leading organizations like the Fire Department of New York, Michigan State University, General Electric, and Hawai’i Pacific University choose ISO-Aire to protect their students, employees, teachers, and customers.

For example, Randy Hoke, facilities engineer at Hawai’i Pacific University, oversaw the installation of a fleet of ISO-Aire units as part of a comprehensive COVID-19 mitigation plan to create a clean, safe campus environment that supported the school’s commitment to in-person instruction. “Adding HEPA filtration was a wise decision, particularly when the Delta variant began to impact Hawai'i. The ISO-Aire team made it happen,” Honke explained.

Groves Academy facility director Todd Olson, pictured right, explains how he researched several brands of air purifiers before selecting commercial-grade ISO-Aire for his campus where low-maintenance, quiet operation, and long-lasting parts were key factors.

Why Indoor Air Quality is Important

The US Environmental Protection Agency named indoor air quality as one of the top 5 health threats in the U.S. That’s because we are spending 90% of our time indoors. As commercial buildings become more energy efficient, they’re less likely to circulate fresh, clean air — and more likely to accumulate unsafe levels of particles, bacteria,  mold spores and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

ISO-Aire™ is the indoor air purification system that reduces VOCs, bacteria, dust particles, viruses, mold spores, and odors.
